Pauline Mager-Jordan is Executive Director responsible for operations at HeritEdge. She is an HR specialist and professional coach with over 30 years’ experience. She is of Guyanese and Barbadian origin and has experience working in the U.K. and the Caribbean.
Pauline’s experience in mentoring, coaching and developing teams has led to her broad insight into people, organisational behavior, management styles and business operations. As a coach, Pauline specialises in supporting executives and managers in their personal-leadership and people-leading growth. She also assists clients in planning their next career move or personal development. She particularly enjoys acting as a CEO whisperer.
Prior to her coaching career she held the post of HR Director, CRD Ltd. (Canouan Resorts Development) in the Grenadines. This followed her fourteen-year tenure with DFCH Ltd, Barbados, a subsidiary of Dufry, international duty-free retailers, also as HR Director. In her early career she worked up the ranks of Marks & Spencer in the UK to become a Regional Personnel Manager. Prior to relocating to the Caribbean, Pauline lectured at the management institute of Cornwall College in the UK, during which time she completed her management qualifications at degree and post graduate levels.
