Funders & Donors

Illuminating the past for a brigher future

We know you want to make a difference. Well, you can.

Many wonderful cultural heritage projects do not see the light of day because of the lack of resources suffered by many  of our Caribbean archives, libraries, museums, and community organizations.

We can connect you to some extremely worthwhile projects in desperate need of funding that will have real impact for Caribbean memory and for their communities. Your funding or donation can bring life to museum, library and archival collections through projects such as processing uncatalogued collections or updating existing inventories, digitization, “teaching with Special Collections,” public events, and developing physical or digital exhibits or digital public history projects.

We can work with you to:

  • Locate projects that fit your vision, expectations, and interests
  • Manage and deliver the projects with creativity, on time and on budget.
  • Ensure that funds are used in equitable and ethical ways and are meticulously accounted for

Who Benefits?

You will know that your donation makes a difference by helping organizations to realize their vision and enrich the life of their community; students will learn through involvement with cultural heritage projects, while gaining work experience and transferable skills; volunteers  will have an opportunity to channel their enthusiasm and time; and disadvantaged populations (e.g., differently abled individuals)with  no other source of income will have an opportunity to earn stipends.
